Dr. Yun Zhu is a registered Chinese Medicine Doctor who earned her degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. As an inheritor of a family tradition in traditional Chinese medicine, she began learning about TCM from a young age. After graduating from UTS, she furthered her clinical practice by studying under several Masters of Chinese Medicine in China.

As an acupuncturist, she excels in treating various common complaints and complicated conditions by applying a variety of acupuncture techniques, including regular acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, and electro-acupuncture.

As a practitioner of Chinese herbal medicine, she possesses extensive clinical experience in treating complex conditions. For instance, while working at a Chinese hospital in 2023, she encountered a patient who developed symptoms such as poor appetite, diarrhea, vomiting, coughing, shortness of breath, pain, and fullness after undergoing a lung transplant surgery. She utilized Chinese herbal medicine to address the patient’s postoperative issues and provide support for his recovery.

She can speak English and Mandarin fluently.
