also the underlying structural cause.
Lin’s Structural Therapy realigns skin with connective tissue (fascia), which relieves tension pulling on the muscles. Further treatment work on the muscles then creates space for the tendons to be able to move into their ideal positions. Finally, any bones that were out of position can be gently adjusted back to their natural locations. The end result is efficiency, smoothness, strength and a full range of motion of the entire body.
